We currnetly us DPD for our Next Day Delivery Service as we have found this is the most reliable company for guaranteed next day delivery, without parcels going missing or getting delivered to the wrong destination.

DPD Next day is used after the items have been made, and packed, so please see our turnaround times on personalised items.
You can download the DPD app today for 1 hour time slot tracking! Have your parcel delivered to a neighbour/ collection point or left in a safe place to avoid rush returned to us.
We also offer DPD Standard delivery and Evri Standard delivery to offer our customers a choice their preferred option of delivery and to try to provide various options and affordability.

Returns

For any personalised items including names, dates and ages we DO NOT accept any returns as we are unable to sell on these personalised items. 

However, if you receive your item and it is faulty or wrongly personalised due to our mistake, we are prepared to offer alternative solutions/ replacements or we may ask you to kindly return to rectify. If you have received a faulty item please email us at:

All queries are to be made within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

Parcels Must be in a resealable condition (unopened, unused and in its original packaging)

Return Postage charge is buyers own responsibility, we do not offer free returns at this time.

Personalised items are non returnable and non refundable.

Original Postage charge is non returnable.

Please Note. We ask you to double check any personalisations you write in customisation sections on our website prior to checking out. We cannot refund or be held responsible for any names or details wrong due to the details you have wrongly provided.  If you have already checked out and notice a mistake on your order, please contact us at - contact@byjadewithlove.com as soon as possible so that we can try to retify this prior to the commencement of processing your order.  Please note - it is not guarteed that we will be able to amend the order, as we try to commence processing orders as soon as possible, however, where ever possible we will endevor to help.
