By purchasing you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this site, my facebook page, my website and my instagram page and by accessing this page and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this page or any other accounts. These terms and conditions abide by The consumer contract regulations. You are welcome to print or store these terms for your own records.

This page contains material which is owned by us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, appearance and graphics. 

Occasionally this page may also include links to other, pages, websites or brands. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the pages or website (s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked page or website (s). (Local shops)

WORKING HOURS

Working days and hours are not specified, due to the case of these being inaccurate. All correspondence will be replied to at the earliest convenience.

PRICES

Prices are subject to change, but are correct at the time of posting. Any glitches, typos or errors are not required to be honoured. If an error is discovered at any time with regards to the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you at the earliest convenience, and give you the option to amend your order to the correct price, or cancel your order all together. Any special offers will have a clear displayed end date. All prices are in pounds (£) and do not include postage unless stated otherwise.

PAYMENT

Paypal via goods is the method we recommend you make payment by, as this offers protection for your purchase. We also use ShopPay for card payments via the website which is a secure site. We also offer buy now & pay later with Clearpay & Klarna.

Cash, Cheques or Postal Orders are NOT accepted.  Payment must be made prior to your goods being made, unless stated otherwise. 

Any contract for purchases made through the page will be with

'By Jade With Love' 

“By Jade With Love” must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.

DELIVERY

We offer delivery with DPD Next Day, DPD Standard and Evri Standard delivery options.  For more information on this please see our Delivery & Returns page.

The time frame of delivery is after the turn around time for personalised items - this is normally 5-7 working days, but may be increased during busy periods such as near to Christmas and Mother's Day.  We endevor to keep our customers updated on our estimated dispatch times on the live banner updates on our website)

Please download the DPD app/ Evri Tracking app for all tracking and so you won’t miss your parcel. 

If you wish to return an item please notify in writing (page messages/email is fine). We will then process your return, if it is accept per our t's&c's. 

Please note there will be no returns on sale items or Personalised items, unless we are at fault.  Customers are responsible for checking there own peronalisation requests at checkout.

Items marked as being reduced for having a defect, damage or any other reason will be exempt from the returns policy.

RETURN POLICY

Custom Items: Custom made items are exempt from the consumer contract regulations, the only exception being is if they're faulty. 

We endeavour to offer the best customer service possible, and if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us as we aim to have very happy customers.

VARIATIONS

Please note that designs/materials are subject to availability, where requested if we do not have the exact materials to achieve the design requested, a suitable alternative will be used, we endeavour to notify our customers of these changes, but reserve the right not to. Please note that colours/designs of items may appear differently from what photographs display, due to filters, lighting, and photo edits. We do not offer refunds (partial or full) for this.

I will always ensure the customer is as happy as possible and endeavour to sort any problems out as quickly as possible.

VINYL PRODUCTS

Products Are Not Dishwasher Safe. Nor Washing Machine safe Due to personalisation. Vinyls will peel if the temperature of the water is too hot. warm soapy water / Handwash is advisable.

PHOTO UPLOADS

Please upload a high quality image to be printed onto slate or mugs, any photos which are low resolution or low quality are down to the customers choice, and we will not be held responsible for poor printing services. We will not refund any low resolution orders as we are not held accountable for this aspect. We simply upload the photo which is asked to do so and agreeing to the terms and conditions by ticking the box on adding to cart. 

CHOPPING BOARDS 

All photos for the chopping board will be used landscape unless stated otherwise.
